Delicately balanced alcohol and bold acidity mark this wine as a food friendly chameleon, matching with anything from pork chops to lunchables. Over time, wet stone and subtle apricot appear in the glass. Many of our wines are SIP certified, and all of them are made at a winery where all waste is 100% recycled and the power all comes from the sun.
