Bright, taut, and surprisingly cool climate in its style, this wine succeeds in part because it’s handmade by one of Southern Italy’s greatest makers of rosato, Nini’ Palamà. With notes of lime, pomelo, and mint oil, it has a gravelly under-girding that provides terrific structure. Lovely!
