This wine has an impressive bouquet of tart raspberry intermingling with chocolate cake and Christmas Spiced cake.You can find Mediterranean herbs with a strong note of rose petal and delicately peppered meats.  The vineyard gives flavors of cherry, blackberry and black pepper.  The wine finishes with a burst of cranberry and ripe strawberry.
