The Fantinel One & Only Single Vineyard Vintage Rose appears pink with fine persistent bubbles. The nose overwhelms with intense wild fresh red fruits, toasted bread crumbs and a hint of spice. The palate opens with an array of ripe redcurrant, wild strawberry and juicy raspberry, velvety and elegant with light spice, finishing deliciously creamy and very lasting red fruits. An excellent sparkling rose that should not be over-chilled. Best served as an aperitif, excellent with fish starters and especially oysters.
