The final blend aged in French puncheons and barriques. This deep plum colored wine is loaded with black and red fruits, framed by baking spices, caramel and Provencal herbs. Wonderful concentration and richness and a dusty dark chocolate finish make it a nice accompaniment to your wood fired oven or bbq feast.
