In the glass it has a wonderful bright ruby red colour. The impact on the nose is exciting, characterised by fruity notes reminiscent of redcurrants and wild strawberries. This is followed by floral notes, fresh balsamic hints and an elegant spiciness reminiscent of liquorice and cloves. The sip is dynamic, the minerality and freshness are accompanied by a dense and slightly rough tannic texture, typical of the grape variety.
