Grown in sandy soil on a mild slope, this 100% Barbera is softly pressed, fermented temperature-controlled stainless steel and aged 8 months in bottle prior to release. A nose of plums, blackberries and pomegranate leads to a mouth-filling, juicy, delicately polished texture.
